Ishka Airfinance appoints Conor Murphy as Head of Advisory
Ishka Airfinance announces the appointment of Conor Murphy as Head of Advisory.
Conor Murphy joins Ishka Airfinance as Head of Advisory at a time of rapid growth and expansion for the business. He comes onboard as Eddy Pieniazek steps into the role of Principal Advisor, a planned transition by Eddy to focus on strategic counsel.
Conor brings two decades of aviation and transport finance experience to his new role, spanning credit risk, portfolio management and structured asset finance.
Conor joins Ishka Airfinance from Bank of China, where he served as Executive Director – Transportation, delivering corporate and asset-based finance solutions across the aviation, logistics, maritime, rail and road transport sectors.
Prior to Bank of China, Conor spent six years at MUFG as Head of Portfolio Management & Credit Analysis, Director, within the bank’s Global Aviation Finance Office. He also held senior roles at DVB Bank, including Global Head of Transaction Management in London and COO & Head of Credit in Zurich.
